The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions. It is important to keep these definitions in mind when reading this document.

• "Platform" or "Site" — refers to the fk22 website and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has created a registered account on fk22 and is using the services.
• "Account" — each individual personal account created through registration on fk22.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — a stake placed by a user on any game or sports event.
• "Bonus Balance" — funds received through promotional offers or a welcome bonus that cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition specifying the total amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "We", "fk22" — the organization operating this website.

Any term in these conditions referred to in the singular shall also be considered plural where applicable, and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement

fk22's services are open only to those aged 21 or above. By registering on the platform, any person confirms they are at least 21 years old. Registration by any underage person is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to verify age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Any attempt by the same individual to hold multiple accounts, to have multiple accounts from the same household or address, or to transfer benefits from one account to another is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, both accounts may be closed and the associated balances forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

It is mandatory to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. Any change in information must be reported to the support team immediately.

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Some important guidelines are provided below:

• Keep your password completely confidential — never share it with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

fk22 is not responsible for unauthorized use of any account unless it is proven that the incident occurred due to our own fault.

4.1 Deposits

The accepted payment methods for deposits at fk22 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. For bank transfers, transactions can be made through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank or other scheduled banks.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable for each method).
• Deposits are generally processed within a short time.
• Provide accurate information when making a deposit — incorrect details may cause delays.
• Deposited funds are only valid when sent from your own account; third-party funds are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to registered payment accounts.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not accepted. fk22 does not offer any currency conversion facility.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fk22 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer is applicable once per user, household or address.
• After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within a specified time — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• fk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, the account will be investigated and the relevant bonus may be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fk22. Involvement in these activities will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the associated balance:

6.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Creating an account using a fake identity or false information.
• Accessing or attempting to access another person's account.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for a single individual.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to artificially meet wagering requirements.

6.2 Technical Abuse

• Operating games using software bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using any technical method to alter game outcomes.
• Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.

6.3 Money Laundering

fk22 is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. fk22 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and suspend an account along with its deposited funds in cases of suspicious financial transactions. Information may be disclosed when required by law.

7.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. Verify all information before placing a bet. If a bet is incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error, fk22 reserves the right to review it.

7.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, all bets are settled at regular market prices. Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL), football, kabaddi and other sports. Each sport's market is governed by specific rules.

• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets will generally be refunded.
• The official result from the relevant sports body will be used to determine outcomes.
• Specific market rules apply in the case of a super over or tie-breaker.

7.3 Casino Games and Slots

The outcomes of slots, live casino and other games are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). To ensure fair play, games from established providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI and Spribe are used.

The fk22 VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and activity on the platform.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP cashback is automatically added to the account every week. fk22 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program. It depends on maintaining VIP status and account activity.

fk22 always strives to operate a reliable and stable platform. However, technical issues may occasionally arise. In such cases, the following policy applies:

• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the settlement will be based on the correct result.
• For incomplete bets due to server downtime or connection issues, the bet will be cancelled and the funds refunded.
• If an incorrect bonus or winning amount is displayed due to a display glitch, the correct calculation will apply.
• For technical issues, contact the support team — we will work to resolve them promptly.

10.1 Closure by fk22

fk22 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Participation in fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activities.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Abusive behavior toward the support team.
• Actions required for legal or regulatory reasons.

10.2 Closed by the User

You can request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. It is also possible to request self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming. In such cases, any existing balance will be returned according to the applicable rules.

fk22 is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• fk22 is not responsible for any loss caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
• Losses resulting from user negligence or third-party actions are outside our responsibility.
• Financial losses from gaming are entirely the user's own responsibility.
